Ingredients:
- 500 grams of fish (any firm fish like cod, tilapia, or salmon)
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1-inch piece of ginger, grated
- 1 teaspoon of ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon of ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon of red chili powder (or to taste)
- 1 cup of chopped tomatoes
- 1 cup of water
- Salt to taste
